Marlon Delerme
President
Cofounder of Filetsports

Marlon G. Delerme is a licensed certified athletic trainer with a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine with a specialization in athletic training. Marlon earned his degree from Barry University located in Miami Shores, FL in the spring of 2013. With dedication and great work ethic, his career started well before he graduated college. His resume includes internships at the professional level with the National Football League (NFL) with the Minnesota Vikings (2011-2012) and is presently involved with the Haitian National soccer team.  Marlon was the minority scholarship winner during his stint with the Vikings and was very revered by his peers and professors in school. Having known Leonard Pierre for more than 20 years, they are currently collaborating on a project using their passion for Sports medicine to help give student athletes from their parent’s native country of Haiti, the opportunity to utilize their athletic talents to further their studies, become better leaders, or professional athletes view that their abilities take them that far.

Samuel Pierre
Cofounder of Filetsports

Samuel Pierre is one of the co-founders of Filetsports and a Certified Clinical Perfusionist with a bachelor’s degree in Science from Barry University in Miami-Shores and a master’s degree in health science from Rush University in Chicago. He has worked several sport training camps in a past as a supervisor and a medical staff. His passion for health and fitness leads him to collaborate with his brother Leonard Pierre and his friend Marlon G. Delerme in a project that will help to educate youth athletes in Haiti about opportunity to use their talents to further their studies and become better leaders of tomorrow.

Jean Marc Alexandre
Cofounder of Filetsports 

Jean Marc Alexandre is one of the Cofounders of Filetsports. He began playing soccer on the unpaved streets of Haiti. He learned how to play soccer from his father. He is a former Lynn University soccer player. Alexandre played for several teams in the MLS as well as for the Haitian National Soccer team. He currently plays for Negen Sembilan FA in the Malaysia Premier League.

Sergine Pierre
Filetsports Staff

Sergine Pierre is a graduate of IHECE in Haiti with a degree in economics and project management. She is currently a member of Toastmaster International. Ms. Pierre has already six years of experience in project management. She already managed a project funding by AIF. She also managed a young expert investment project for Chemonics Winner financed by USAID. Sergine Pierre is currently the Director of Operations for QIFD GROUP MANAGEMENT, a training, research, monitoring and assessment firm. Ms. Pierre has also a Partnership with CAPI INVESTMENT GROUP which is a group of investors. Ms. Pierre has a decent knowledge of many regions in Haiti including: Plateau Central – North and Artibonite. She has the ability to work under difficult conditions and under pressure. She also can be creative under problematic circumstances and has the ability to negotiate. She is an easy going individual who enjoys challenging and diverse roles and is confident working with technical experts from any industry.

Olivier Senat

Olivier Senat  is an environmental advocate and a leader who enjoys volunteering in his free time. He is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Business (Economics), and has nearly three years of experience in the credit card system, marketing, non-profit management, and public policy.

In 2013, Olivier founded a for-purpose organization, Jeunesse Verte Haitienne (J.V.H.), in order to empower the youth and educate them about ways they can protect the environment. Participants are strongly encouraged to recycle. That same year, he and his wife have implemented a yearly project, Yon Ti Jes, which literally means a little gesture; they both collect toys and give them to orphans on Christmas Day.

His accomplishments in non-profit work have won him awards and honors; he became “Global Service Leaders’ Everyday Hero. Global Service Leaders are a nonprofit organization based in Washington D.C. and funded by the US Department of State Bureau for Educational and Cultural Affairs. He speaks regularly at middle schools and high schools on his work in reforesting and recycling his home country, Haiti.

Prior academic achievements include his collaboration on a research paper,  “The Inevitably of the Dominican Court’s ruling TC-168-13” – which he presented both at the 8th Annual Research Paper Conference and at the 20th World Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, in April and November 2014, respectively.

Olivier speaks French, Haitian Creole, English and Spanish.

Max Jeanty
Filetsports Staff

Max Jeanty is a former Stand-out of Rutgers University in New Jersey.  An All-American in Volleyball for all his four years of service, he holds a B.A. in Physics and a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering (Concentration in Mechanics and Bio-Mechanics) from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).  A real sport enthusiast and a surrogate for children and education, he is involved in all aspects of growth, future, and the wellbeing of the next generation globally. He has over 18 years of experience in the Biomedical and Medical Device industry.

Franck Y. Alphonse

Franck Y. Alphonse is a Deputy Sheriff for Orange County FL. He is currently working on obtaining his Bachelors in International Global Studies. His experience in planning and coordinating missions are extensive. Recently he was a lead manager for a security company.  He served for a total of 6 years and achieved the respectable rank of Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. His hobbies include perfecting his skills in various Martial Arts which include Kempo Karate, and MMA. He takes pride in learning new techniques and fine tuning his craft. He looks forward to being a part of the  team as an event Coordinator.

Johnny Dee Ulysse

Johnny Dee Ulysse is an independent film and television director, producer, and writer. A life-long film enthusiast, He founded Ulysse Pictures, an independent film and television production company with the goal to create high-quality projects of different themes and genres. Ulysse earned his first Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida and a second Bachelor of Science in film and television from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida.

Leonard Pierre

Leonard Pierre is a licensed Certified athletic trainer with a Bachelor’s and Masters of Science in Athletic Training from Barry University. In addition, He is currently working on his PhD with a specialization in health  administration at Walden University. Pierre served as an athletic trainer with the Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers. He also served a summer internship with the New England Patriots. In Addition to his NFL experience, Pierre serves as the head athletic trainer for the Haitian National Soccer Team for international friendly games.
